X9 Uv Nail Lamp Q&A Video

Frequent QA Issues From Buyers

Can this nail lamp cure regular nail polish?

No, ordinary nail polish can only be air dried normally or use an air dryer. Our nail polish lamps perfect for all kinds of gel nail polish. Please confirm that your nail polish is compatible before purchase.

Why can't my nail polish completely dry out?

This is a normal phenomenon. The gel nail polish will maintain a slightly sticky state to better adhere to the next layer, and only the topcoat will completely dry out.

How to dry nail polish faster?

According to the recommended curing time for your nail polish, it is recommended not to apply too thick and can be stacked multiple times in small amounts.

Why do nails feel stinging?

A:The nail polish is too thick or not completely dried. Suggest thin coating.

B:Due to excessive polishing before nail art, the nail surface was damaged and the nails became sensitive. Suggest regular maintenance.

What if the product doesn't work?

If it is a cordless nail lamp, please check if the product has electricity. If it is a wired nail lamp, please check if the original adapter is used. If you have any further questions, Please contact us immediately.

LadyMisty Nail Lamp Usage and Care

During Use:
1. Check the power supply and adapter: Ensure you are using the correct voltage power supply and the LadyMisty nail lamp adapter to prevent short circuits or voltage instability that could damage the lamp.
2. Avoid direct eye contact with the light for extended periods: Protect your eyes.
3. Do not allow water or nail polish to enter the lamp: During operation, keep your hands dry and avoid any liquids from entering the lamp to avoid damaging the electronic components.

After Use:
1. Clean the outer shell and internal reflector regularly: Wipe the outer shell and internal reflective surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. If any glue residue remains, gently clean with an alcohol-free cleaning solution or a dedicated tool. (Note: Do not use alcohol-based or highly corrosive cleaning agents to avoid damaging the lamp body and LEDs.)
2. Maintain ventilation and dry storage: After use, turn off the power and store in a dry, well-ventilated environment away from direct sunlight.
3. Avoid heavy pressure or dropping: The nail lamp contains fragile electronic components. Handle with care when moving or storing.
4. Unplug the power supply: Be sure to cut off the power supply after each use to prevent safety problems caused by appliance aging or circuit failure.
